Ohh, I’ve heard the talk, so I know what you’ve all been saying. To be honest, I’ve always known and while I’ve ignored it for a range of reasons – more than a couple of them totally self serving – I can no longer avoid the cold lard truth: onthebeatntrack is a fatty boombah.
It’s not really surprising because as far as diets go this site has never cooked up anything unsaturated and would never say ‘no’ to a dollop of extra words, so I’ve decided that it’s finally time to put this morbidly verb-ese unit on a diet.
Gone are the days of sporadic binging on whole albums and dishing up multiple courses in one serving. Gone are the days of me trying to aeroplane in more helpings of alphabet soup than you can actually stomach. No, my new priority is to make your digestion easier, so from here on in you can expect more frequent but smaller portion sizes – specifically equal to one individual track per serve.
But don’t worry, I’ll still be feeding MY feelings while making sure you get a balanced diet, so you can expect to have a chew on everything from home grown organic bites through to deliciously satisfying sweet treats (just don’t spit them out until you’ve actually tasted them, thank you). The menu will interchange between old favourites and contemporary dishes but nothing (much) past its used by date. Oh, and it’s pie night every night.
So napkin up and whet those ear-ppetites my friends because soon you’ll be served the first piece of my One Track Mind.
Enjoy.
What that’s it?!? I had my finger ready to scroll down….and down….and down….
Looking forward to hearing who gets the honour of being the inaugural One Track Mind!
